Particularly good and fantastic location in lovely area, just next door to pub downstairs, coast and the Foodie store. Well-designed room with good facilities and wonderful breakfast.

The superior queen room suited us: it had central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment. The location turned out to be particularly good and stunning, adjacent to other local restaurants and pubs, other local 

The location was perfect, in her shop and the interior design was lovely.

Had an enjoyable stay for 1 night, nothing too much trouble. The location was ideal and unbeatable, just next door to rural Norfolk and 8 different pubs. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to landscaped woodland gardens.  

It was in a central setting in a lovely area. The room was recently decorated and stylish, had essentials, like a walk-in shower and a shower.

Its exceptionally nice, central location was a plus. Its personnel was very nice helpful and excellent, no complains at all. I stayed here for a weekend and would love to return.

It has perfect, handy setting, very close to pub downstairs, Sheringham, and both Cromer and Sheringham. The venue is only a short distance to St Helen and All Saints.

Efficient staff, couldn't ask for more. The location was unbeatable, short walk to restaurant, the Norfolk coast and 8 different pubs in Norfolk. Plus, it was good for exploring Chestnut Farm.

The units are budget, tidy with excellent breakfast.

The hotel had exceptionally nice and ideal location adjacent to both Cromer, the Foodie store, and pretty gardens. Really enjoyed the room with good facilities, my bed was comfortable. I did not want to leave there 

It has exceptionally nice and ideal location to see Chestnut Farm. The hotel offers fantastic and wonderful breakfast with eggs Benedict, jams, pastries.

The location of the hotel was amazing, in the Foodie store. Plus, it was really close to 8 different pubs, other local restaurants and pubs and Norfolk coast.

Quaint and charming place, amiable staff with very friendly service from the owner. Budget recently refurbished rooms, exceptionally clean bathroom, enjoyable breakfast. Lovely view over the garden from the window. Location - ideal, close enough to pub 

This hotel has lovely style, quiet atmosphere etc, everything is excellent. The rooms are budget and fashionable, with central heating, an iron and coffee/tea making facilities. They have savoury beverages in the English bar.
